Dr. Serdar Yenigün

Dr. Serdar Yenigün is a surgeon-executive distinguished by his ability to combine advanced surgical expertise with high-level healthcare leadership. Since 2018, he has served as CEO of Esnan Dental Clinics, leading the organization’s strategic growth, institutional development, and international positioning.

After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2007, he completed his doctoral training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the same university and earned his doctoral title as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

Throughout his professional career, Dr. Yenigün has performed more than 42,000 implant procedures. Today, he carries this extensive clinical experience forward through a vision of corporate surgical leadership. He currently mentors and coordinates a team of five specialist maxillofacial surgeons, each with more than 10 years of surgical experience. Within this surgical structure, more than 2,000 full-arch rehabilitation cases and over 30,000 implant procedures are performed annually.

As CEO, Dr. Yenigün leads corporate growth, strategic structuring, and executive management processes, while also overseeing the coordination of surgical teams, mentorship programs, and clinical quality standards. In addition to Esnan Dental Clinics’ five branches, he also manages Esnan Digital Lab, which operates with a fully digital workflow and has integrated digital planning into all of its processes. As the world’s first and only Diamond Partner laboratory of Amann Girrbach, Esnan Digital Lab is positioned among the most technologically advanced laboratories in the world through its advanced infrastructure and digital production capabilities.

Dr. Yenigün also serves as Director of Esnan Dental Clinics’ London Office, where he plays an active role in the brand’s international growth strategy and contributes to Esnan’s positioning as a globally trusted healthcare brand with a strong reputation among international patients. This vision is further reflected in the services delivered at Esnan Dental Clinics Skyland, which holds TEMOS Excellence in Dental Tourism accreditation, widely regarded among the most prestigious international accreditations in the field of health tourism.

He also maintains an active presence on international platforms, representing both Turkey and Esnan Dental Clinics at summits that bring together the world’s largest dental clinic chains each year.
