1) The Right to Access Services All individuals who apply to our institution, including patients and their relatives receiving healthcare, have the right to benefit from all our services in a comfortable environment that respects social values, protects dignity, safety, and peace, without discrimination based on culture, religion, language, race, or sect. Our patients have the right to be informed about the diagnostic and treatment options offered by our institution and how to access these services.

3) The Right to Identify, Select, and Change Personnel Our patients have the right to learn the identities, duties, and titles of the doctor, nurse, and other health personnel responsible for their treatment, and the right to select and change them.
4) The Right to Select and Change Healthcare Institutions Our patients have the right to select and evaluate healthcare institutions, provided that they comply with the procedures and conditions stipulated by the relevant legislation.
5) The Right to Refuse and Stop Treatment Except in legally mandatory cases and with the understanding that the patient is responsible for any negative consequences that may arise, the patient has the right to refuse or request the cessation of the treatment planned or being administered to them.
6) The Right to Privacy (Confidentiality) Our patients have the right to receive services in an environment that respects privacy throughout the entire treatment process. The health status, medical condition, and all personal information of every individual applying to our institution are protected and kept confidential. This information about the patient can only be disclosed with the patient’s explicit permission or upon a court order.
7) The Right to Respect Our patients have the right to undergo examinations and treatment in a respectful, compassionate, and friendly environment, with their personal dignity protected at all times and under all conditions.
8) The Right to Request Consultation (Second Opinion) Our patients have the right to call a consultant physician regarding their diagnosis and treatment. The consultant physician recommends treatment, but the patient’s primary physician must approve the procedure.
9) The Right to Fulfill Religious Obligations Our patients have the right to freely fulfill their religious obligations, without religious discrimination, as long as it does not interfere with their treatment.
10) The Right to Security Everyone has the right to be and to request to be in a safe environment within the healthcare institution. Necessary measures are taken by our institution to protect and ensure the life and property safety of patients and their relatives, such as visitors and companions. Appropriate protection measures are in place in our institution for children, disabled individuals, and the elderly (those who are alone, in need of care, or without a companion).
11) The Right to Have Companions and Visitors Our patients have the right to accept visitors and have a companion in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by our institution.
12) The Right to File Complaints, Share Opinions, and Make Suggestions In the event of a violation of patient rights, the patient and their family have the right to initiate the complaint mechanism within our institution, to have it reviewed, to have it concluded, and to be informed of the outcome.

2) Adhering to Recommendations Our patient is obligated to follow the treatment plan recommended by the doctor responsible for their treatment and to accept the implementation of the care plan by the relevant health personnel in line with the doctor’s instructions.

4) Complying with Healthcare Institution Rules Our patients are responsible for complying with the rules and practices of our healthcare institution.
5) Showing Respect Our patients are responsible for adhering to the measures and rules set by the institution regarding disruptive situations such as noise, visitors, or smoke that endanger other patients and their relatives within the healthcare institution.
6) Infection Control Our patients and their relatives are responsible for acting sensitively regarding all recommended measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
7) Payment Responsibility Our patients are responsible for paying their examination and treatment expenses. Our patients and their relatives who intentionally damage fixtures or consumables are responsible for paying for them.
8) Patient Visitors Our patients’ visitors have the responsibility to be as few as possible at one time, not to bring food or drinks, not to use items belonging to other patients, and to adhere to the institution’s visiting hours.
