In comprehensive implant treatments such as All-on-4, All-on-6 and full-mouth implant rehabilitation, the implant system used is only one part of the treatment. Esnan Dental Clinics’ in-house implant surgery team comprises five specialists in oral and maxillofacial surgery — Dr Serdar Yenigün, Dr Orhan Geçör, Dr Utku Üretürk, Dr Levent Uslucan and Dr Bora Öncü — supported by two specialist anaesthetists, four anaesthesia technicians, five operating theatre nurses and more than 14 surgical assistants.
This in-house multidisciplinary structure, consisting of more than 30 clinical team members, coordinates surgical assessment and digital planning, anaesthesia, surgical procedures and post-operative follow-up.
The team jointly manages the assessment, surgical planning and follow-up of a broad range of implant treatments, from single-tooth dental implants to All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatments, full-mouth implant rehabilitation, sinus lift procedures, bone grafting and complex implant cases requiring advanced surgery.
Because Esnan’s surgeons have worked within the same organisation for many years, patient care is not limited to the day on which the implants are placed. The healing process, osseointegration, temporary and final prosthetic stages, and any additional surgical procedures that may be required are followed within the same integrated clinical structure.
Complex cases and cases requiring reassessment or revision treatment are jointly reviewed by the team. The patient’s clinical records, radiological images, surgical plan and prosthetic treatment process are evaluated together by the relevant clinicians to support coordinated surgical and prosthetic decision-making.
