Evaluation and Planning: The first stage is to have a consultation with a dentist or dental implant specialist for implant dental treatment. In this stage, the patient’s oral and dental structures are examined using imaging techniques such as panoramic X-rays and computerized tomography (CT) scans.
After this examination, the suitability of the area where the implants will be placed, the bone density, and overall oral health are evaluated, and a treatment plan is created. The treatment plan includes details such as the number of implants, their location, and the treatment process.
Implant Placement: The second stage is the placement of implants into the jawbone. This procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia. After the procedure, the implants enter a healing process for several months to integrate with the jawbone.
