Born in Karaman in 1985, Mustafa Bilal Alkan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2008. He began his professional career at Esnan Dental Clinics, where he has been working continuously since 2009.

Aiming to enhance his competence in healthcare management alongside his clinical practice, Dt. Alkan completed his Master’s degree in Healthcare Management at Ondokuz Mayıs University between 2012 and 2014. He currently serves as both an executive and a practicing dentist at Esnan Skyland Branch. Since 2024, he has also been leading the institution’s quality processes as Group Quality Director of Esnan Dental Clinics.

Attaching great importance to his professional and personal development, Dt. Alkan has received training from the Association of Psychologists and Psychiatrists and continues to follow development seminars in this field. Integrating the current approaches of modern dentistry into his practice, he focuses particularly on digital dentistry, aesthetic smile design and implant-supported prostheses.

Dt. Mustafa Bilal Alkan also delivers voluntary educational seminars on oral and dental health for non-governmental organizations. He is married and the father of two children.

He is responsible for developing corporate quality management systems, updating policies and procedures, strengthening patient safety practices and coordinating continuous improvement efforts. He leads the monitoring of quality indicators, the planning of internal audit processes, the coordination of staff training and the dissemination of a quality culture throughout the organization, and plays an active role in compliance with international standards.
