Specialist Dentist Tuğrul Kaya was born in Antalya in 1992. He graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Dentistry in 2015. In 2021, he completed his Prosthetic Dentistry Specialization at Bülent Ecevit University Faculty of Dentistry.

During and after his specialization, he attended seminars and congresses on many subjects such as: digital smile design, digital dentistry applications, dental and implant prostheses, laminate veneers, temporomandibular joint disorders and occlusion.
